We worked with the client for over 18 months on the following:
Reviewed their commercial debt situation across a number of banks, assisted them with the development of their short / medium term business plan.
Worked with them and their key Bankers on a consensual basis to agree the overall strategy for repayment of the debt.
Provided regular updates to the Banks on performance against plan both financial and operational.
Provided ongoing leadership and operational support to the debtor owners on day to day legal, banking and general management issues as they arise and in so far as they affected the delivery of the overall plan.

Loan Portfolio Due Diligence

Engaged on behalf of an international banking/PE syndicate in carrying out debtor due diligence on sub-performing loan portfolio in excess 2bn.
To demonstrate the added value in dealing with those assets and loans through identifying localised detail and exit mechanisms.
By building a detailed profile on the asset, the loan and the borrower as well as the capital structure to properly assess the risk and the appropriate divestment/exit approach.
We have worked with individual members of the syndicate since completion on further bilateral transactions.
